Before committing to a container-load of fertilizer, you want to verify the product quality with your own testing. Maxing offers free product samples to qualified East African importers, distributors, and large-scale farms so you can test our urea, ammonium sulfate, and micronutrient products before placing a full order.
Maxing provides free samples of the following products for evaluation:
· Urea 46 % N (granular or prilled): 2-5 kg sample
· Ammonium sulfate 21-0-0-24S (granular or crystal): 2-5 kg sample
· Calcium sulfate / calcium nitrate: 1-2 kg sample
· Magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt / kieserite): 1-2 kg sample
· Manganese sulfate: 1 kg sample
Free samples are available to: registered fertilizer importers and distributors in East Africa, large-scale farming operations (500+ hectares), government agricultural agencies, and agricultural cooperatives.
We ask that sample recipients provide feedback on product quality and, if satisfied, consider Maxing for their supply requirements.
Send an email to ops@qdmaxing.com with the following information: your company name and registration details, the products you wish to evaluate, your intended application (crop, region, volume), and your delivery address in East Africa.
Samples are shipped via international courier (DHL, FedEx) and typically arrive within 5-7 working days. There is no charge for the sample product; courier costs may apply for smaller requests.
After evaluating samples, we can provide: a formal quotation for your required volume, technical data sheets and COA for the production batch, shipping schedule and estimated delivery time, and documentation support for import clearance (KEPHIS, TBS, etc.).
First-time orders can start from a single container (24-28 tonnes) with flexible payment terms for established businesses.

A: Yes, the sample product is free for qualified importers, distributors, and large farms. Courier shipping costs may apply for smaller requests. We view samples as an investment in building long-term supply relationships.
Q: How much fertilizer comes in a sample?
A: Typically 1-5 kg per product, enough for laboratory testing and field trial evaluation. For larger trial plots, we can arrange bigger samples on request.
Q: Can I visit the Maxing factory before placing an order?
A: Yes, we welcome factory visits. Our production facilities are in Qingdao, China. We can arrange a visit including production line tour, quality laboratory tour, and product sampling. Contact us to schedule.
